Carlos Rivero, CPA, is the founder of Rivero Consulting LLC and one of Puerto Rico's leading experts in Act 60 tax incentives, export services compliance, and corporate tax strategy. A proud alumnus of the University of Puerto Rico, Carlos holds a Master's in Accounting and a degree in Business Information Systems — credentials he has put to work for over 10 years serving business owners, individual investors, and Act 60 decree holders across Puerto Rico and the United States.
Licensed as a Certified Public Accountant since 2015, Carlos is also a QuickBooks Certified Expert and an IRS Authorized e-File Provider — bringing both technical precision and strategic insight to every client engagement.
